Abstract

PT IJA is an extruded aluminum producer, loading and unloading operator attendance data from January to March 2023 there are at least 2-4 workers or 18-36% of 11 people who do not come to work in 1 month due to complaints of illness. The weight of the lifted product is 25-43 kg with a total lifting weight per day of 70-80 tons, the frequency of lifting is 2 times per minute with a pedestal on the shoulder, based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 5 of 2018 concerning K3 Work Environment classifies for these conditions the maximum load allowed is 11 kg. The Recommended Weight Limit method is used to determine the level of risk of unloading, Job Strain Index to determine the level of risk of loading and unloading work activities, and Job Safety Analysis to determine the potential for work accidents.
