This study discusses work facilities at Sidoarjo Regional Government Agencies, namely the Library and Archives Service of Sidoarjo Regency. Which work facilities at the agency are sufficient, from computers, printers, good WIFI networks, buildings and official vehicles that are routinely cared for properly by employees. However, as time goes by and technology becomes more sophisticated, are employees able to maximize their performance? Because old employees often find it difficult to learn new things and delegate these tasks to younger employees. In this study, the aim was to test the theory of work facilities on employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Library and Archives Service. This type of research uses quantitative with an explanatory approach. The sample used is the entire population, namely 75 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The instrument used is the Likert scale.
