CV. Gani Mina Makmur is a vannamei shrimp farming company located in Probolinggo, East Java. The company currently manages its data manually, a method prone to errors and difficulties in retrieving essential information. The objective of this study is to design a web-based information system for calculating the production cost of shrimp. This system aims to assist the company in efficiently managing production cost data, including raw materials, labor, overhead expenses, and cost of production. The waterfall methodology is employed for the development of this research's system. The system testing is carried out using the Black Box method and questionnaires, resulting in a final score of 72 from 3 respondents, with an average score of 80%. Test results indicate the successful functionality of the application. This study yields a website-based information system for calculating production costs that aids in monitoring, streamlines per-cycle cost reporting, and enables comprehensive activity evaluation.
