Technology is increasingly sophisticated with developments in the world of hospitals such as hospital websites having a positive impact on hospital owners to advance their hospitals by creating an online website so that monitoring of laboratory equipment is easy for employees. By accessing the laboratory equipment monitoring website page at Bayangkara Pusdik Shabara Porong Hospital, employees do not have to write and record data manually. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for researchers to solve laboratory equipment monitoring problems based on problems that arise at the hospital. The method used is the SDLC methodology with its modeling using a waterfall, which is a method that uses several structured steps in developing the system so that it becomes an application that is ready for use by the user. These components include using the PHP programming language and to store data using a database, MySQL.
