This research aims to develop and implement a digital-based recruitment system at Siti Khodijah Muhammadiyah Hospital, Sepanjang Branch. In the context of transitioning towards the digitalization era, this research fills the gap in understanding the efficiency and management of employee recruitment in hospitals. The system development method includes needs analysis, system design, software development, and system implementation. The results of this research, based on functionality testing using the black box method, yielded a recruitment information system for employees as expected. This study contributes to enhancing the understanding of digital technology implementation in human resource management in hospitals..
