Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the Poedak application in population administration services in Karangandong Village, Driyorejo subdistrict, Gresik district and to describe the obstacles to the effectiveness of the Poedak application in population administration services in Karangandong village, Driyorejo subdistrict, Gresik district. This research method uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The technique for determining informants used was purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the Poedak application in the Karangandong village government, Driyorejo subdistrict, Gresik district uses four (4) indicator variables. Meanwhile, the obstacles include a lack of socialization from the village to the community regarding the Poedak application and the disconnection or disruption of the server network in Karandong village so that it is not connected. at the center which causes interference with the Poedak application.
