This study aims to analyze the effect of human relations on the work ethic of PT. Parastar Distrindo either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires and surveys. The total population is 120 office employees of PT. Parastar Distrindo. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, which is a non-random sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. Hypothesis testing using SPSS tools. The results showed that the influence of human relations and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo.
