Abstract

Petrokimia Gresik in its production process does not all use automatic machines. Activities such as standing for too long, sewing in a bad position and using a bad chair, often cause complaints from workers about muscle and joint pain. If such activities are carried out continuously and for a long time, they can cause musculoskeletal disorders from the work being done.

Nordic Body Map is a method that involves giving a questionnaire to analyze the body map shown on each part of the body. There are 27 body area points that can be analyzed, while the quick exposure check assesses four body areas that are exposed to the highest risk of occupational musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in a person or operator. It is hoped that it can provide a solution to reduce the risk of injury to the body's muscles
