Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of organizational support, self-efficacy, locus of control on employee engagement. Employee engagement is employee involvement with the company. This study uses quantitative research with subjects namely employees at PT.Trust Trading Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling and obtained as many as 95 respondents. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale based on items sourced from the aspects and indicators of each variable. The data analysis technique used is IBM SPSS 22 software and the results show that perceived organizational support has no significant effect, while self-efficacy, locus of control has a significant effect on employee engagement.
