Abstract

This study discusses the organizational communication climate at PT Jangkar Emas Teguh Sidoarjo. This research is motivated by the existence of miscommunication that occurs in corporate organizations. This study aims to find out how the organizational communication climate that occurs at PT Jangkar Emas Teguh Sidoarjo. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive qualitative type. This study took data sources by interviewing 5 people as resource persons at PT Jangkar Emas Teguh Sidoarjo. This study uses data analysis by Miles and Huberman by looking at data reduction, data presentation and verification. The research results obtained indicate that there is interaction from members of the organization that has not yet created a good organizational communication climate..
