The ICM learning model is very well applied in learning activities because educators can create a learning atmosphere that allows all students to play an active role in learning group activities, combining groups of questions and answers to get the highest score. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of the Index Card Match learning model on mathematics in grade V. This type of research was research using a pre-experimental design method. The research design used was the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students after using the Index Card Match learning model. In addition, the research results also show that the Index Card Match learning model can improve student learning outcomes
