The young fighter program in Parepare City is running very well, the communication barriers that occur can be minimized by planning a gradual and structured communication strategy. The processes carried out are in accordance with the goals to be achieved by the young warrior team in Parepare City, although it is constrained by some differences that exist in the young warrior team starting from interpersonal communication, group communication, and intercultural communication. In this study using the concept of communication strategy, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative, and the theory in this study uses persuasive communication theory. The results obtained were that the communication strategy used succeeded in identifying all the data on recipients of social assistance provided by the social ministry, and of course it can also help change or improve the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS) owned by the Parepare City Social Service.
