This study examines the implementation of the PBL model in a review of problem solving through higher-order thinking skills on the HOTS abilities of elementary school students in science learning materials. The purpose of this study is that students can learn to understand from a variety of different perspectives, can educate collaboration skills, think more complexly, and create problem-solving skills. This type of study is a experiment using the one group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study only consisted of fourth grade students which were divided into four classes, with a total of 112 students. The sample collection used Cluster Random Sampling, so that the experimental sample was obtained, namely 28 students. The instruments used were pretest and posttest in the form of objective questions. The results of data acquisition were analyzed using inferential statistics T-Test.
