This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. This study uses a simple random sampling technique. The amount of data is determined by the tables of Isaac and Michael, which obtained a sample size of 167 teachers from 322 members of the population. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The measurement tools used were burnout and job satisfaction scales. Data were analyzed using Spearman's Rho correlation analysis. The results show that there is a relationship between burnout and job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000. The direction of the relationship between the two variables is inversely proportional or not in the same direction as the correlation coefficient value of -0.690. Increased burnout will have an impact on decreasing job satisfaction, as well as a decrease in burnout will result in an increase in job satisfaction and vice versa.
