Abstract

This regulation of academic self-regulation is very necessary, because as a student it is not only intellectual abilities that must be developed but the ability to regulate the way of learning must also be considered to decrease academic burnout. Regulation because academic self can improve students' conceptual and academic performance in learning learning Academic self regulation refers to thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are produced by individuals themselves and aim to achieve what they have. with the type of correlation. The population in this study found 2,463 students in grades X, XI, and XII, which found the number of samples using Kjijcie and Morgan tables and obtained a total sample of 331 students. The results showed that academic self- regulation had a significant negative relationship with academic burnout in Antartika 2 Sidoarjo Vocational High School students, with the magnitude of the correlation between the two variables being 0.125%.
