The work performance of Computer Institutions is measured based on success in collecting credit scores over a certain period of time. Computer Institution must make a list of proposals for assessing credit scores (DUPAK). At present the DUPAK submission mechanism is still done manually so not effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based application that can facilitate the online and paperless application process for DUPAK Computer Institutions so that it can provide convenience to all relevant stakeholders, including: computer institutions, the credit score assessment team and the secretariat. The research methodology used includes: planning consisting of system identification, problem analysis and design including system design, database design, and interface design, coding and implementation. This application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language), built using the PHP, Laravel as a framework, Visual Studio Code as a text editor and supported by a MySQL database.
