Abstract

Technological developments provide convenience in accessing information effectively and efficiently. This development has also given birth to innovations, especially in the field of financial technology which can facilitate public access to financial services, one of which is e-payment. The variables in this study are lesscash society, perceived convenience, and trust. The data used in the study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to MSMEs in Sidoarjo. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling technique which is a sample with certain considerations using the non-probability sampling method with the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that all the constructs tested, namely less cash society, perceived convenience and trust, have an effect on the intention of MSMEs to use e-payment as a payment method.
