Information systems have an important role in a strategic plan for a business to replace conventional technology-based services that aim to improve public health services through the environmental conditions of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital, so existing performance can provide added value as a competitive advantage. There are several problems in the system that need to be optimized, so the data needs to be mapped in the application system. This study uses the IS business strategy analysis method, internal and external environmental analysis, SWOT analysis, and McFarlan strategic grid analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach. This research produces an Information System that influences management in making decisions about Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Hospital policies and is useful for evaluating IS applications that are constantly changing so that they are better in the future.
