Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of Complaint Handling, Customer Bonds, Marketing Communications on increasing Purchase Interest in CV. Surya Alam Cemerlang Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample used is CV customers. Surya Alam Cemerlang Sidoarjo as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The data obtained comes from distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis was processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study prove that Complaint Handling has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Customer Engagement has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Marketing Communications has a significant effect on Purchase Intention. So that overall Complaint Handling, Customer Bonds, Marketing Communications have a significant effect on Purchase Intention.
