Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Wafa method in learning the introduction of the Koran to group A children in Insan Kamil Gempol Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological research type. The subjects of this study were the homeroom teacher of class A and the children of class A. The data collection techniques for this research were observation, interview and documentation techniques. The result of this research is the application of the Wafa method (Tilawah and Tahfidz) in learning the introduction of the Qur'an to group A children at TKIT Insan Kamil Gempol using the TANDUR method (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate) with the 5P stages (opening, introduction, learning, assessment, and closing). This method accommodates children's learning modalities (Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic).
