This study aims to determine the management of Kinara BUMDes and obstacles in the management of Kinara BUMDes in Kemiri Village, Sidoarjo Regency. With qualitative descriptive methods with an approach through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are First In the planning aspect, the village government in Kemiri village has carried out planning related to the management of funds for business units, even though it was affected by covid which resulted in a decrease, but after covid subsided the management of Kinara BUMDes assisted by the Candlenut village government was able to revitalize by making new plans, namely by creating new management units. And all of this is transparent, all activities carried out by Kinara BUMDes can be known by all levels of societ.
