Abstract

Responding to increasingly competitive competition in every business, companies must find several ideas to support increasing product sales. In order to achieve their goals, the strategy used is to create a web-based ordering information system. This research helps companies process optimal transaction data and reach consumers so that it is easier to make transactions or orders. The waterfall model method is implemented in the data collection process, which includes the analysis, design, coding, testing, support, and maintenance stages. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based shoe ordering information system that can be used in providing services to customers by providing information about existing shoe products so that the information obtained by customers can be viewed in real time and customers can place orders at any time.
