In the sale of inherited land, it must be with the approval of all heirs. Many people do not know about it, which results in the control of inherited assets. this can lead to disputes among heirs. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the legal consequences of buying and selling inherited land without the approval of other heirs and what is the status of payment for buying and selling land that has been paid for buying and selling land without the approval of other heirs. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory library approach.The data obtained in the library research was and analyzed qualitatively, twith the applicable provisions then concluded the results of this research. The results of this study state that one of the heirs who does not want to share the inheritance that has been sold on his own rights.
