Urban farming is an agricultural activity that utilizes limited land. Urban farming activities are also known as food growth, management and distribution activities, especially in the vegetable agricultural sector. The role of technology brings many benefits to various fields and aspects of life. One of the benefits of technology that can be used is information technology or information systems. The purpose of creating this information system is to support and increase community knowledge regarding urban farming. The development of this application uses the Rapid Application Developments (RAD) method while the application process design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Laravel as a framework and the PHP programming language in building applications. Testing on the information system uses blackbox testing, this test is carried out to determine the functionality of the features in the application.
