Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of e-service quality, e-satisfaction and e-trust on e-customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study are marketplace shopee users in Sidoarjo. Sampling using probability sampling technique with sampling technique using random sampling method with a total sample of 96 people. Data analysis used the partial least squares (PLS) method with the smartPLS 3.0 application. This study shows the results that e-service quality, e-satisfaction and e-trust have a significant effect on e-customer loyalty among marketplace shopee users in Sidoarjo.
