Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective and influence the application of compensation, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. ION Jaya Sentosa. This study uses quantitative research by testing the hypothesis. The sample used in this study was 100 employees of PT. ION Jaya Sentosa. The data analysis technique used in this study is classical assumption test, validity test, reliability test, t test and f test. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that compensation affects the performance of employees at PT. ION Jaya Sentosa. The work environment affects the performance of employees of PT. ION Jaya Sentosa. Work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT. ION Jaya Sentosa. Thus it can be concluded that compensation, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. ION Jaya Sentosa.
