Printing is a sector or service that carries out the process of transferring designs in the form of writing or images to print media through the use of special machines. The problem that often arises is the difficulty for customers in using printing services because they have to come directly to the place and have to return to pick up the finished goods another day. Therefore,the authors designed an information system for ordering web-based printing products that aims to facilitate prospective customers in the ordering process Jalanpintas.art. The method applied in this study is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method is an approach to developing software which consists of a series of steps, namely analysis, design, implementation of coding, testing, and maintenance. In addition, Black Box Testing is used to test the system after it is built. Prospective customers can access this system to place product orders from printing services.
