This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance of PT Zeger Inidonesia through person job fit, job insecurity and job stress. This research uses quantitative methods of descriptive research. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with the number of samples in this study as many as 100 respondents. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical tools. The results of this study indicate that person job fit, job insecurity, and job stress affect the performance of employees of PT Zeger Indonesia.
