One of the school's programs is quality improvement in the field of student education in the form of report cards that serve to assess student abilities. Meanwhile, in this study students assessed teacher performance when the teaching and learning process was completed. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for teachers to see their performance while teaching class on the website and help the principal in seeing the quality of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono. In this study, the authors took a sample of 204 students of class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The research method used is a quantitative method. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, literature reviews and interviews at SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono.
