Parent Shadow pada Proses Pembelajaran di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini ‘Aisyiyah Takerharjo Lamongan

This study was conducted with the aim of describing the participation of parents in the implementation of learning in EARLY CHILDHOOD. This research uses a qualitative approach, the research location is in PAUD 'Aisyiyah Takerharjo, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. The subjects of the study were parents of learners. Data collection uses observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results showed that parental involvement has a positive impact, namely encouragement in the form of energy, financial encouragement, material encouragement, moral encouragement. So that the availability of parents has a good impact on the smooth running of several activities organized by ECCE institutions. Factors supporting the running of the Parent Shadow program include a neatly organized organizational structure, understanding to parents the importance of the role of families, especially parents in early childhood growth and development, educators and managers who understand the importance of parental involvement in early childhood learning programs.
