Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment. This study used a quantitative experimental method, using the One Groups PretestPosttest Design. The intervention was carried out in the form of providing education through psychoeducation activities regarding strategies to build organizational culture to increase organizational commitment, with a total of 16 members who were given a pretest before the psychoeducational material was delivered, and a posttest after the psychoeducational material was delivered. The instrument used is an item statement on the organizational commitment scale. The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale with the help of JASP 0.16.0.0. The results showed that the median pretest value was 117,375 and 120,000 posttest, p=0.269 > 0.05, meaning that there was no significant effect after the pretest and posttest of organizational commitment on Ikamala Sidoarjo.
