Employees in companies that have responsibilities and predetermined working hours must spend some hours in life as workers to meet personal needs. Employees who move forward to peak their realization need work-life balance. Work-life balance can be different for each employee, so work-life equilibrium is perceived as subjective. This study aims to find out the work-life balance and psychological well-being of the company's employees. This study uses a quantitative method correlated with sampling techniques using convenience sampling. The samples are from 250 company employees. Data collection using the work-life balance scale and psychological well-being scale and analysis using Spearman's correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between work-life balance and the psychological wellness of employees in the company, which meant that the hypothesis was accepted with a correlative value of .578 and significance (0,000 p<0.05). Work-life balance in employees of companies tends to be high to moderate
