Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Reward, Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy, reward, and punishment on employee performance. In this study using quantitative research methods with a total sample of 60 respondents from employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. Using SPSS 22 tools (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results of this study prove that self-efficacy partially affects employee performance with a Sig value <0.05 = 0.019, reward partially does not affect employee performance with a Sig value > 0.05 = 0.142, punishment partially affects employee performance with Sig value < 0.05 = 0.001. Self efficacy, reward and punishment simultaneously influence employee performance in my crispy snack groups.
