Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective and influence compensation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment have on employee performance at PT. Scandinavian Tobacco Group Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research by testing the hypothesis. The sample used in this study was 100 employees of PT. Scandinavian Tobacco Group Indonesia. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, F test, and classical assumption test using SPSS statistical software version 22.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that compensation affects the performance of employees at PT. Scandinavian Tobacco Group Indonesia. Employee engagement affects the performance of employees of PT. Scandinavian Tobacco Group Indonesia. Organizational commitment
affects the performance of employees of PT. Scandinavian Tobacco Group Indonesia. Thus it can be concluded that compensation, employe engagement, and organizational commitment simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Scandinavian Tobacco Group Indonesia.
