This research is motivated by the phenomenon of mothers who cannot achieve optimal resilience. Generally, mothers will experience shock when they first find out that their child is a child with special needs. Mothers will give different reactions, such as anger, disappointment, and sadness. This condition shows the low resilience of these parents. The research approach method uses quantitative correlation design with a sample of 55 mothers, using a saturated sampling technique. The 2 scales used are family support, and resilience. The results of this study based on data analysis showed that the research hypothesis was accepted. Spearmen's correlation value = 0.919 and P = 0.01 shows a simultaneous positive relationship between family support on resilience and has a strong relationship. The family support variable simultaneously contributes 86.2%, In conclusion, family support simultaneously affects the resilience of mothers who have children with special needs at the Cita Hati Bunda Foundation
