Abstract

In this study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction, and retention on employee performance at PT. Hidup Cerah Sejahtera. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 118 employees. Sampling through saturated sampling. In accordance with the results of the study, it was found: the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. Retention has a positive effect on employee performance. And the work environment, job satisfaction, and retention together have a positive effect on employee performance.
