The Influence of Leadership Style, Employee Career Development, and Position Promotion on Employee Turnover With Organizational Culture As An Intervening Variable At PT. Telkom Access Sidoarjo, S1 Management Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Employee Career Development and Job Promotion on Organizational Culture on Employee Turnover with Organizational Culture as an intervening variable in PT. Telkom Access Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative methods, research locations at PT. Telkom Access Sidoarjo, The population are 80 employees, and used the Total Sampling technique, data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques, classic assumption test, Path analysis, hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be concluded that Leadership Style, Employee Career Development, Position Promotion, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture has no effect on Employee Turnover, Leadership Style has no effect on Employee Turnover with Organizational Culture as the intervening variable, Employee Career Development has no effect on Employee Turnover with Organizational Culture as the intervening variable, Position Promotion has no effect on Employee Turnover with Organizational Culture as the intervening variable.
