This study aims to identify theimpact of internship experience, work motivation and soft skills on students' work readiness in entering the world of work on students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo class of 2019. The population of this study consisted of 406 students and the sample used was 110 students selected through non-probability sampling with systematic sampling method. Data were collected through the use of a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measurement scale. By using regression analysis techniques in data analysis with SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results of the study have been valid so that they can be declared feasible. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between internship experience, work motivation and soft skills on students work readiness in entering the world of work
