Based on the problems experienced by the company, identification and analysis of risk in the supply chain are carried out using the house of risk (HOR) method. The purpose of this study is to determine the highest level of priority aggregate risk potential (ARP), and determine the mitigation strategy for the company. In HOR there are several risks that occur, the main problems are in A13, A11 and A10. HOR phase 2 is used for designing a mitigation or risk treatment for preventive action. SWOT strategy improvement stretegies that need to be addressed regulate raw material supply and planning, increase product innovation and promotion, and develop raw material supply partners close to the company. The results of this study are expected to be an input strategy for risks that occur and strategies that must be handled
