Brand Image, Harga dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Matahari Departement Store Sidoarjo

This study aims to find out that brand image, price, and service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satistaction. This study uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on the people of Sidoarjo. The sample used in this study is accidental sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed using written question and using 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques using the help of the SPSS (Stastistical Product and Service Solution) Versi 22 program. In this study it was concluced that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction,while service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction in purchasing clothes at Matahari Department Store.
