Abstract

The Jimbaran Wetan village government still uses conventional methods for providing information to the community, and there is even some important information that is not distributed. The service system for applying for letters is also still to come directly to the village office. The purpose of this research is to design an information system that makes it easier for people to get the latest news and improves letter application services. This research uses the waterfall method with blackbox testing. The results of the research using blackbox testing showed that this research succeeded in answering the existing problems well, as evidenced by the absence of error messages. The results of this system design, among others, make it easier for people to get the latest news and can provide criticism and suggestions for the progress of Jimbaran Wetan Village. In addition, applying for a letter can be done through this information system
