This research is shown to determine the optimization of e-service quality, customer trust, and brand image on customer loyalty at PT. Lembaga Sahabat Petani. This research is a type of quantitative research using descriptive methods, as well as sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques and using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study were 96 customers of PT. Lembaga Sahabat Petani. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to customers at PT. Lembaga Sahabat Petani. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality affects customer loyalty at PT. Lembaga Sahabat Petani, customer trust has an effect on customer loyalty at PT. Lembaga Sahabat Petani and brand image have an effect on customer loyalty at PT. Lembaga Sahabat Petani.
