This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of transformative leadership, organizational culture, and knowledge sharing on employee performance at a metal smelting company, namely PT. Pinajaya Metal Ngoro-Mojokerto. The research object is all employees, totaling 52 people, so that all employees are used as respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive, namely by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t (partial) test using the SPSS version 20.0 application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that transformative leadership and organizational culture partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in metal smelting companies. However, the knowledge sharing variable shows the result that knowledge sharing partially has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance in metal smelting companies.
