Street children are children who spend most of their time playing or working on the streets or elsewhere. The purpose of this study was to determine the Synergy of Actors in Handling Street Children in Sidoarjo District. This research a field research with qualitative data. Indicators be met Stakeholders in working together include rights, responsibilities, revenues, and relationships. The Outreach Team for Handling Street Children in Sidoarjo District involves various stakeholders, both government and non-government. The government stakeholders involved are the Sidoarjo Social Service and the Sidoarjo Satpol PP. Non-governmental stakeholders consist of IPSM Sidoarjo, Taabah Community, Children and Youth Orphanage in Sidoarjo, Indonesian Children's Home, Nurma Foundation Halfway House, Independent Children's Halfway Home, Diponegoro Halfway Home and Learning, Save Street Child Foundation, and Dream House Foundation. The implementation process isn’t only carried out according to the wishes of each Stakeholder, but also according to the role of each Stakeholder.
