The Implementation of Based Learning Project as an Effort to Increase Student’s Creativity

This research is based on the development of an Indonesian government’s educational curriculum that requires students to be more active in their learning patterns. This study aims to describe the application of the Project Based Learning model at SDIT AL-AQSHA on the science material and to determine student creativity after the implementation of the Project Based Learning model. This study uses a qualitative research method. Research data collection is by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Project Based Learning model can improve an active learning atmosphere and also increase student creativity. Based on the observations of 22 students in the class, 14 students were found to be creative and 8 students were quite creative during the learning process.
