Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the innovation of the Sidoarjo Public Service System (SIPRAJA) based on digital technology. digital-based public service system (SIPRAJA), using qualitative descriptive methodology and data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and recording, as well as primary and secondary data. observation, interviews, and recording, as well as primary and secondary data types. The findings show that the community has made the best use of the SIPRAJA application and website, which is the invention of the Sidoarjo Public Service System (SIPRAJA) as a digital-based public service. This can be seen from the explanation in the characteristics of innovation. Rogers mentions five factors, the first is relative advantage, the second is suitability, the third is complexity, the fourth is the possibility of trying and the fifth is ease of observation.
