This study aims to analyze the influence of the Internship Program, Work Interest and Motivation on the Job Readiness of Muhammadiyah University Management Students. This research uses quantitative techniques. While the research design uses hypothesis testing. The population used in this study is 2019 management students who have done internships with a total of 215 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. In accordance with the results of the study, it was found: the apprenticeship program had a positive and significant effect on the readiness of management students, work interest had a positive and significant effect on the readiness of management students, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the readiness of management students.
