This study aims to determine students' learning motivation after the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this research was conducted to discover the pathways to students and what causes students to have high or low learning motivation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research conducted at SDN Kebonagung 4 Porong. Observations were made in which students still varied in terms of their learning motivation, some had high, and some had low learning motivation, which was then conducted with interviews and documentation as data collection. After data collection, data analysis is carried out by collecting, sorting, and finally drawing conclusions. The study results show that the teacher's efforts to motivate students are very influential, environmental factors are also very influential, and learning media carried out by educators is important because it can attract students' interest.
