A number of previous studies have shown that high employee turnover is caused by several factors. Turnover intention is predicted to be influenced by leadership and job person fit. This research uses a quantitative approach that aims to determine the effect of leader role fit and job person fit on employee turnover intention through job stress. The sample used by researchers is all employees who work in the company totaling 100 people. The results showed that the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, the job person fit variable had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and the work stress variable had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The conclusion of this study states that work stress variables do not mediate the influence of leadership variables and job person fit variables on turnover intention.
