CV. Central Karya Jaya is a company engaged in the sale of various types of rice. This company had problems in the last few years, there was a decrease in profits of a total of 40%, namely IDR 678,802,000. The application of the Balanced Scorecard Method and Importance Performance Analysis is expected to overcome problems in company performance. There are 70 respondents, The results of the research carried out were obtained from a financial perspective, companies are able to generate ROE above 12%, this is considered good because in terms of BI standards a good ROE is more than 12%. The results of the study concluded that being able to satisfy and retain customers, the average value of conformity in the consumer satisfaction indicator was 72.25%, this indicated that consumers were satisfied, but there were some attributes that did not meet consumer needs and desires.
